Location of backups

When you make backups with Modular DS, they are securely stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud servers located in Ireland, in the European Union. This choice guarantees compliance with the GDPR, ensuring the protection of your and your customers' data.

Currently, the storage infrastructure is fixed in this region and we do not offer the option to select other locations for backup storage.
